Working It Out Together
In this course you learn how to lead and operate effectively within a team. This course will provide you with techniques to improve critical skills needed within team environments such as: listening, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and consensus-building. Further this program will provide guidance on effectively organizing and leading teams covering such topics as: framing project charters, defining roles and responsibilities, planning/sequencing/scheduling team efforts, and issue/risk management.

P.E.A.K. Communication Skills
In this course you will hone your communication skills for P.E.A.K. performance! You will learn one of the most important skills for effective communication: listening! Many communication challenges stem from not listening effectively – in other words, hearing but not understanding or missing non-verbal cues. This course will give you techniques to become a more effective listener as well as tools to improve your verbal and non-verbal communication skills. You’ll leave with new confidence in your ability to listen, communicate, and persuade.
