Leaders, there are steps that you can take to take your under performing team to the next level. First, you need to be aware of the gap between the reality of what is vs. what should/could be. Secondly, take full responsibility for what it is. Regardless! Thirdly, establish a commitment thru the rank and file. And, fourthly, take the appropriate action with a sense of reckless abandon. Change will happen!
